I haven't received my order, where is it?
We try to keep you as up-to-date as possible on your order. We send an email order confirmation to say we have received it, we tell you when your order has been allocated to a store for processing, and we let you know if we have to order stock in or if an item is on backorder. Most importantly, when your order is dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
