Shipping Methods at Milwaukee Best Tools
We proudly offer shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. For our Australian customers, we use trusted carriers like Australia Post and StarTrack, ensuring reliable and secure deliveries. To protect your privacy, most packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
Once your payment is confirmed, orders are generally dispatched within 3-10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability. We work hard to ensure your tools are delivered safely, no matter where you are.
Delivery Details
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. If no one is available, the parcel will be held at your local post office or courier collection point for pickup. Business addresses are preferable since someone can always sign for the order.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within a few business days, but for ‘special order’ items, please allow up to 10 business days. If we need to source an item from our supplier, you will be notified via email. In cases of back-ordered items, partial deliveries may occur, and we will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you of the situation.
Please note, during busy periods like Christmas, sales events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemics), there may be delays in processing your order.

Delivery estimates are based on information from our couriers. Any delays caused by the courier service are out of our control and must be addressed with the courier.
Estimated Shipping Fees
Shipping fees shown on the product page are estimates. Final shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping method, product type, weight, and location.
- For non-bulky items, we offer a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping.
Bulky Goods
We deliver to PO boxes; however, orders exceeding 20kg cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Orders over 20kg or with a cubic volume/weight over 50cm may require a freight quote and could incur additional charges. Our customer service team will contact you after placing your order to provide an accurate shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Enter this number on the courier company’s website to track your delivery. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses at San Jose, California, United States.
